ARTIST INFO A.J. was born and raised in Seattle, Washington where she independently experimented in different artistic interests and endeavors. While working in the corporate furniture industry in San Francisco, she was constantly inspired by the architecture and design community. A.J. channeled that inspiration into developing her technique which continues to evolve. Her unique and colorful works are primarily created using the eraser side of a #2 pencil. With the right combination of paint consistency, pressure and color, she is able to create highly textured and calm paintings.
